Our stay at Twin-Line Hotel in Karuizawa was absolutely delightful. The rooms were stylish and modern, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast provided was delicious, and they even offered a vegetarian option, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were helpful and prompt in addressing our needs. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Karuizawa.

Located in a small town near the mountains, the hotel is just a walk away from the nearest station and main road. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice bathtub to relax in after a long day out. The staff were friendly and were able to speak in English. Breakfast was delicious and served in a lovely room.

The hotel lacked a kettle and tea bags in the room, which was disappointing.

We had a great weekend at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised to see that we could rent out various amenities for free, including hair styling tools, games, and dehumidifiers. The breakfast was delicious, and we were amazed by the huge variety of food options available. the hotel's location was perfect for us as it was close to many shops, museums, and restaurants.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay at the hotel. While the hotel was beautiful, the restaurant dinner options were quite expensive, and we struggled to find a cheaper option.

We weren't big fans of the pillows as they were too firm for our liking which affected our sleep. the hotel's signage was a bit difficult to spot from the street and we ended up missing the entrance.
